How do I have my email address verified?

If you're new to Paycove, you'll find that you need to have your email address verified before you can start invoicing. This is one of the security measures that we take to ensure our customers' safety. To be verified, first navigate to the Account page and click Request Email Verification.


After doing this, you will receive an email where you'll confirm that that you'd like to validate your email address. After you've submitted this request, you'll get the following notification in your Paycove account.

request-submittedNo more action is required from you at this point. Your request will be reviewed within 24 hours, and you'll receive a confirmation email once you've been verified. Then you'll be able to get started with invoicing!
