How do I change a product's description?

You can easily change or remove a product's description by updating it in your CRM, and then resyncing/reloading in a few places.

Note: This article uses Pipedrive as the CRM, but the process is essentially the same for other CRMs.

Step 1

Edit the product's description in Pipedrive by locating the product and clicking Edit. Type in a new description, and click Save. If you want to remove the description entirely, just delete the text and click Save.

Step 2

In Paycove, go to the Products page and click Import Pipedrive Products. This should cause the update to pull into Paycove.

Step 3

Reload the Products page to see the updated text.

Step 4

Go to the invoice and take a look at the new description to be sure it displays as you intended. You may need to reload the page if it was already open.
