In rare cases, a small disconnect may occur somewhere down the line causing a deal to be listed as "Uncategorized" in Paycove. The good news is this can usually be solved quite easily. To have the deal appropriately display as a quote or invoice instead of "Uncategorized," go to the Quote or Invoice table. Next, simply click the checkbox to the left of the deal, and then click Bulk Actions and either Convert to Quote or Convert to Invoice. This should cause the deal to display properly.
