Why isn't a user's name appearing in Paycove?

If one of your team member's names isn't appearing in Paycove, it may be because their information still needs to be imported into Paycove from your CRM. To solve this, go to the Team page and click the Import CRM users button. After that, try refreshing the page where their name wasn't appearing (likely the quote or invoice), and confirm that their name now appears as it should.
