Why isn't my Sent Date appearing on the table?

Why isnt the sent date appearing

The "Sent Date (Quote)" or "Sent Date (Invoice)" for a deal in Paycove only shows up in the following cases:

  • For "Sent Date (Quote)": If sent when the deal is in the "quote" stage. In other words, the deal needs to start out as a quote and be sent to the customer in this form.
  • For "Sent Date (Invoice)": If sent when the deal is sent as an unpaid invoice.

Otherwise, this field will remain blank.
