Paycove integrates with Stripe in order for you to accept online payments. This gateway allows for card payments, bank transfers, SEPA, and more. You can restrict customers from using any of those options in your payment settings.
If you have it enabled, you can also take advantage of Stripe's Universal Payment Element (beta) to present over 25 payment methods to your customers.
Another option is to simply accept cash or checks offline and then manually mark invoices as paid.
